When the Biden administration launched a solar tariff investigation, Michael saw the negative repercussions it would have on Colorado solar jobs and businesses. Michael did what was right for Colorado and pushed the Biden administration to expedite the investigation. As a result of his advocacy, the Biden administration stopped potentially harmful actions.
